Neah Bay

We spent the last couple of nights at Neah Bay, waiting for weather and news from our insurers.
Neah Bay is the usual stop for Juan de Fucans before turning the corner of Cape Flattery to head down the US coast. I assumed there wasn’t much there, but I was wrong. There’s a large marina with a fishing fleet and what looks like a lot of transient space, and they also have free wifi.
In town, there are stores and restaurants, as well as the Makah Cultural and Research Center, which is a great museum dedicated to the artifacts gathered from a village that was buried under a mudslide prior to contact with Europeans. Very cool.
